Four days in the redwoods.
Every fall I host Reboot at Camp Navarro. On over 200 acres of old-growth redwood a few miles off the Pacific, no cell service, no expo hall. Around 125 YC founders gather to connect, share, and relax.
What it is
A retreat, not a conference. Cabins, teepees, DIY tents. Fireside chats on the main stage, 10-minute unconference founder talks around the firepit, sound baths in the Redwood Cathedral, archery, silent disco, s'mores at midnight. All meals included. Everything on the schedule is optional. The point is quality time, not throughput.
Why
Founders don't need another summit. We need a camp fire, authenticity, and uninterrupted hours with people who get it. Community is the Operating System. Reboot is the annual update.
Who comes
YC alumni, oldest batches through the newest. Solo founders between raises. Second-time founders scaling to Series B. Technical co-founders who haven't taken a real break in a year. Operators rebuilding after a hard one. Past speakers include Max Mullen (Instacart), Jason Tan (Sift), Fabian Hedin (Lovable), Jessica McKellar (Pilot), and Matt Brezina (Xobni).
